Experienced truck drivers know if there is a weigh station along the road, it might cause some delays and disrupt their schedule.
Planning the most efficient route requires up-to-date information on the number and status of weigh stations. Staying well-informed helps you manage your time effectively.

How to update weigh station status? Select Places on the Trucker Guide map and click on Weigh Stations.
Now that you see all weigh stations in the area on the map, select the one you want to Update and click the button to add information about its current status.
You have three different options that indicate whether the weigh station is open, closed, or if there is a DOT inspection. Choose the correct one and press Submit to save the information.
Don’t confuse the update button with the review section. You can click Add review to share your experience with other truckers.
We remind you that by updating the status of a weigh station, you help other drivers efficiently plan their routes, just as someone else in another part of the United States is doing the same for you.
