Her approach is practical and business-focused, helping vendors and fleets understand what drives engagement, safety outcomes, and operational efficiency, and how Trucker Guide can help improve them.

A key part of her analysis is how trucking platforms and service providers compete for visibility. She often evaluates how tools perform in real usage scenarios, including when drivers search for services, plan routes, or make decisions on the road. Instead of focusing on theory, she looks at measurable impact such as engagement, accessibility, and decision timing.

Safety remains a core part of her work. Lily studies patterns related to fatigue, risk exposure, and incident frequency, focusing on how better data can help reduce preventable issues.
