Stuart Nelson

Born in 1984 in Illinois, USA, he grew up around freight corridors and logistics hubs where trucking operations were part of daily life. He entered the trucking technology field in the early 2010s while working with fleet support teams and truck routing systems used in day-to-day operations.

He studies how tools perform in real driving conditions, including rerouting decisions, ETA accuracy, traffic changes, and how systems handle truck-specific rules such as restricted roads, tolls, and low-clearance bridges.

He pays close attention to everyday challenges drivers deal with, such as construction detours, seasonal road closures, and state-by-state regulations that affect routing.
